The device is free from any third-party claims or encumbrances.
CashyPhone reserves the right to reject any device if ownership cannot be verified.
All prices displayed on our website are estimated quotations based on the information provided by the seller.
The final purchase price depends upon:
Physical condition of the device.
Functional testing.
IMEI/Serial number verification.
Originality of parts.
Accessories included.
Warranty status.
Current market value.
CashyPhone reserves the right to revise or reject any quotation after physical inspection without prior notice.
Every device undergoes a mandatory inspection before completion of the transaction.

The seller may be required to provide:
A valid Government-issued Photo ID.

The seller agrees that:

The seller agrees to indemnify and hold CashyPhone, its employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives harmless against any legal claims arising from false ownership, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.
Before handing over your device, you are solely responsible for:
Removing all personal data.
Logging out of all accounts.
Removing screen locks and passwords.
Performing a factory reset.
Removing iCloud, Google, Samsung, Mi, or any other activation locks.
CashyPhone shall not be responsible for any remaining data or for recovering deleted information after the device has been transferred.
Once a device has been inspected, accepted, payment has been made, and ownership transferred to CashyPhone, the transaction is final.
No returns, refunds, or reversals will be accepted under any circumstances.
CashyPhone does not purchase:
Stolen devices.
Blacklisted or blocked devices.
Devices under financing without clearance.
Devices distributed through government schemes, NGO programs, or charitable organizations.
Counterfeit or replica products.
Devices with tampered IMEI or serial numbers.
No scratches or dents.
Fully functional.
Battery Health above 90% (or as applicable).
No repairs performed.
Under manufacturer warranty.
Original box, charger, accessories, invoice, and manuals available.
Minor scratches.
No major dents.
Battery health above 80%.
Repairs only by authorized service centers using genuine parts.
Normal signs of usage.
Visible scratches and dents.
Repaired device.
Battery health below 80%.
Noticeable signs of regular use.
The final grading is determined solely by CashyPhone after physical inspection.
CashyPhone reserves the right to cancel or refuse any transaction if:
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Incorrect device information has been submitted.
Ownership cannot be verified.
Required documentation is unavailable.
The device does not meet our acceptance criteria.
If a pickup has been scheduled and the seller cancels the transaction without a valid reason after agreeing to the quoted price, CashyPhone reserves the right to charge applicable pickup or delivery fees.
Our services may be available only in selected cities, locations, or regions. CashyPhone reserves the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue services in any area without prior notice.
You agree not to use our website or services for:
Illegal activities.
Fraudulent transactions.
Selling stolen property.
Misrepresentation of device details.
Violating applicable laws or regulations.
